Payment for registration is only possible by creditcard (Mastercard or Visa). All prices are in Danish Kroner.

Please note that VAT is not added on conference payments in Denmark, and therefore is not deductible.

Registration Nordic Food Lab Session

Please note, that PhD students are not eligible for student fee.

Attending the Nordic Food Lab session is complimentary for conference participants, but registration is required. If you are not attending the conference, participation in the Nordic Food Lab session can be purchased for 150 DKK. Please use the registration link above and select the Nordic Food Lab session.

The Conference Dinner

Takes place at Visit Carlsberg on 3 May and tickets can be purchased through registration for 700 DKK.


Special dietary requirements

Please remember to indiciate in the online registration if you have any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, allergies etc.).

Invitation letter

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at info@cap-partner.eu. Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.

Payment terms


By bank transfer or credit card (only master and visa) through the online registration system. Payment by bank transfer is due immediately upon receiving the invoice.

Cancellation terms

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat at info@cap-partner.eu.

Cancellation of registration fees and hotel accommodation before or on the 23.03.2018 will be reimbursed less a processing fee of DKK 350. If cancellations is made later than this date no refund of the fee can be expected. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

In case the conference is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, the fees will be refunded after expenses incurred by the conference have been deducted.
