VAT: Registration fees for the conference is VAT Exempt. The conference dinner ticket is subject to 25% VAT, which is included in above mentioned fee.

Terms and conditions (incl. cancellation terms)
Cancellation terms
Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference must forward a written cancellation by e-mail to the MiFFI 2025 Conference Secretariat at registration@cap-partner.eu.
Cancellations dated before and on 26 February 2025 will be refunded deducting an administration cost of 350 DKK. If a cancellation is made after 26 February 2025 no refund of the fee can be expected. Please note that dinner tickets are non-refundable. No refunds will be granted in case of no-show.
Refunds will be processed after the conference.
If the conference is cancelled due to unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
Payment terms
Please find an invoice and credit card receipt attached. The PDFs are original and will be the only copies you will receive.
The conference fee is exempt from VAT.
Photo and video
Please note that video and photos will be captured during the conference for use in e.g. newsletters, websites, interviews and social media. If you identify yourself in a specific picture or video after the conference and you do not wish it to appear on the website or social media, please get in touch with us (Registration@cap-partner.eu) and we will delete the picture or recording.
